Intermountain Professional Photographers Association Photographer Of The Year!

Park City resident David Winegar won the Intermountain Professional Photographers Association (IPPA) "Photographer of The Year Award" for 2022. This award is given to the General photographer accumulating the highest total score of four photographic images during the competition (see the winning photos below). A team of 5 Master judges base their scores on the Professional Photographers Association (PPA) on "The 12 Elements of A Merit Image." David also received the "Court of Honor" award for the highest competition scores and the "Reportage" award for his photography of the Parleys Canyon Fire of 2021.
